What is the difference between Ayurveda Basic, Intermediate and Advance course?

Since there are many Ayurveda courses are being offered and people are not having vision of which course they should enroll themselves for, here I am putting some light on confusion one goes though and how they can get clarity on the course they want to study.

I guess you are knowing that Ayurveda is an alternative therapy to treat or cure people with physical, mental, emotional & psychological level and it has been created by Lord Dhanvantri, the gift to humanity! Ayurveda gives solutions to many diseases yet it helps rejuvenate many people who are struggling with stress and depression. Such a blessing that we can experience the ayurvedic therapies in today's time yet there is no side effect yet only solution.

So why 3 stages or 3 type of course to become a Ayurveda Teacher?

There is simply one reason, to make people go slowly into it. Starting with foundation of Ayurveda to knowing how to approach this therapy and eventually what food, practices, lifestyle people need to follow based on their Ayurvedic Doshas. That kind of understanding will help to provide care & treatment to the one who is struggling.

If you wish to become a Ayurvedic Teacher, understand that you need to be very careful, devoted and responsible towards the people you will be teaching. And since, it's the course you have registered for and it's going to be your journey as a student, you going to learn so much throughout the process. Be patience, humble, have question, be attentive and honest. and no one can stops you from being a teacher who world recognizes.

What is the common between these Ayurveda courses, can you figure that out?

Well, it's 'Yoga'!

And without Yoga practices, Ayurvedic knowledge is incomplete as Ayurveda is knowledge that you can only apply in life if you are Yogic enough. Different Yogic practices, Pranayama, Mudras, Bandhas & meditation techniques are recommended  based on one's Ayurvedic doshas. All the Yoga practices are not for everyone, the practices are based on your Ayurvedic Doshas like Vata, Pitta and Kapha respectively.
